![]() ![]() Strangely, after a couple of reboots, I get the same "please connect a razer synapse 2.0 enabled device" message when I open Synapse. A balloon notification said that Synapse recognized the Deathadder 2013 and it finally shows up Synapse again. Installed Synapse using the keyboard, rebooted and then plugged in the mouse while Synapse was already loaded and opened. I've uninstalled Synapse, restarted the pc, before Windows could start up I unplugged the mouse. I've had the mouse for a few months and I've never faced this issue. So far nothing has worked.īefore formatting Windows 7, I had the same issue but only very recently (I'd say in the last 2 weeks). I've already tryed uninstalling and reinstalling Synapse, repairing Synapse and different usb ports. When I open Synapse, it says "please connect a razer synapse 2.0 enabled device". So, when right clicking the tray icon, it shows my mouse with an arrow that should open a submenu (with the profiles), but when I do click it, the arrow disappears and no submenu opens. When Synapse is installed, the mouse still works and it looks as if my profile settings are actually being applied, because when I right click the tray icon, it shows my mouse. My mouse (Razer Deathadder 2013) is recognized by Windows in all the usb ports. I've done the usual, installing drivers and what not, but I'm having a problem with Razer Synapse. I've recently formatted my pc, to reinstall Windows 7.
